Changes in the ITS Florida Bylaws have been recommended by the Board for your approval. This letter provides links to each of the relevant documents which can be found at http://www.itsflorida.org. These include:

· a copy of the current Bylaws; and http://www.itsflorida.org/resources/official-documents.aspx
The proposed changes are highlighted in the tracked changes document with a notation concerning the modifications.
Comments on the Bylaws or any other subject are always welcome; and there is space on the ballots for comments. Comments will be read and reported to the Board as appropriate. Comments are not votes, however. To vote, the ballot must be marked YES or NO. The Primary Representative will be receiving an e-mail for on-line voting.
A majority of members in good standing is required to approve the amendments in order for the changes to take effect.
Your company ballot is due no later than October 16th. Only one vote can be accepted from each member company. That vote should be cast by the Primary Representative or designee.
